1 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC is a marketing and advertising company; not a broker/realtor, as such no commissions or broker fees will be charged, billed or assessed.

2 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC can make no guarantee as to when the ownership will be sold/rented, as all offers are forwarded to me and I decide to accept or decline - I understand there are no commissions of any type.

3 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC cannot accept payment for the Sale or Rental of my Timeshare.

4 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC cannot forward any offers until the agreement(s) are received by the Contract/Acquisitions department.

5 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC charges the Client's credit card for all advertising fees at the conclusion of the verification, which includes the Client's verbal authorization. Fee is annually recurring unless cancelled in writing.

6 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC assumes that all properties taken on will sell/rent within a six (6) month period.

7 If my property does not sell/rent within a six (6) month period, Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC will renew this advertising for an additional six (6) months at its own expense upon written request.

8 Rental Agreements can be renewed at a cost of $99.00 per year for up to five (5) years upon written request.

9 Timeshare Clearinghouse, LLC's. cancellation policy requires written and signed explanation within seven days from the date your payment was processed, cancellation requests received after three business days are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, otherwise non-refundable.
